4. They feature tons and tons of detail shots. Just the kind of inspiration I need right now!

Most of the big, scary, logistical things are out of the way (the date set, the church and reception hall booked, the photographer signed on…), now it’s time for the fun stuff! One of my favorite places to look for inspiration for flowers, favor ideas, and photography ideas is Style Me Pretty. The blog’s tagline is “For the Style-Obsessed Bride.” Add “and groom” to that and you have Brad and me to a T. It’s written by one fab lady, Abby. When you see how often she posts and how high-quality the posts are, you’ll be amazed that she does it all herself. She posts tons of DIY ideas, beautiful photographs, sources, and contests all day long. My favorites, though, are the Real Weddings and her color palette boards. So, Abby, if you’re reading this, many thanks to you for putting together a great resource for brides (and anyone who likes pretty things)!
